DGCA, New Delhi Notified Recruitment for 21 Flight Operation Inspector Posts 2015

Directorate General of Civil Aviation (DGCA), New Delhi invited applications from eligible candidates filling up 21 Flight Operation Inspector posts. The candidates eligible for the post may apply on or before 20 February 2015.

Eligibility Criteria 

Educational Qualification

• For Post 1: Possess Airline Transport Pilot’s License by DGCA with current Pilot –in- Command rating on Civil Air Transport Aircraft with the relevant experience of 6,000 hrs. and not less than  5,000 Hrs. as Pilot –in- Command on Air Transport Aircraft. Must be having Accident free record for the preceding 05 years
• For Post 2: Possess Airline Transport Pilot’s License by DGCA with current Pilot –in- Command rating on Civil Air Transport Aircraft with the relevant experience of 5,000 hrs. and not less than  2,000 Hrs. as Pilot –in- Command on Air Transport Aircraft. Must be having Accident free record for the preceding 05 years
• For Post 3: Possess Commercial Pilot’s License (Helicopter) by DGCA with current Pilot –in- Command rating with the relevant experience of 3,000 hrs. and not less than  1,500 Hrs. as Pilot –in- Command on Helicopters. Must be having Accident free record for the preceding 05 years

Age Limit

• For Post 1:  50 years.
• For Post 2 & 3:  40 years.

 Pay Scale

• For Post 1: Pay Band (PB – 4) and Pay Scale of Rs. 37,400/- to Rs. 67,000/- plus Grade Pay of Rs. 8,700/- Per Month with Non- Flying Allowance of Rs. 6,000/- Per Hour for 70 Hrs. (Maximum) Per Month and other Spl. Allowances as admissible.
• For Post 2: Pay Band (PB – 3) and Pay Scale of Rs. 15,600/- to Rs. 39,100/- plus Grade Pay of Rs. 7,600/- Per Month with Non- Flying Allowance of Rs. 4,000/- Per Hour for 70 Hrs. (Maximum) Per Month and other Spl. Allowances as admissible.
•  For Post 3: Pay Band (PB – 3) with Grade Pay of Rs. 7,600/- Per Month with Non- Flying Allowance of Rs. 2,000/- Per Hour for 40 Hrs. (Maximum) Per Month and other Spl. Allowances as admissible.

How to Apply

Interested Candidates may apply in the prescribed format along with up to date photo copies of the of the ACRs/ APARs for the preceding five years, Integrity Certificate, Vigilance Clearance Certificate, Major/ Minor Penalty Certificate of last 05 years (if any) and the Certificate from employer for Accident Free Record for the last 05 years and other relevant certificates/ testimonials (if reqd.) may be forwarded through proper channel to the “Deputy Director of Administration, Directorate General of Civil Aviation (DGCA), Opp. Safdarjung Airport, New Delhi – 110 003” on or before 20 February 2015.
