Eligibility Criteria for Lab Technician, Staff Nurse and Medical Officer Job 

Educational Qualification and Age Limit:

• Technician: 1.) Passed HS (10+2) Examination with Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics {Biological Science before obtaining diploma or Degree.

2.) DMLT (Diploma in Medical Technology)/DLT (Diploma in Techniques) from any University/Institution recognized by the Central or State Government OR DMLT (Diploma in Medical Technology) from any University/institution recognized by the Central/State Government/Post Graduate (PG) Degree/Diploma in Medical Laboratory Technology (M.Sc in MLT/PGDMLT) from any University/institution recognized by the Central or State Government.

3.) Working Knowledge of Computers. Age Limit: Up to 40 (forty) years as on 01 January 2020.

• Staff Nurse for Thalasemia Control Unit: Completed GNM training course from an Institute recognized by the Indian Nursing Council (INC) Desirable. Age Limit: Up to 40 (forty) years as on 01 January 2020.
• Staff Nurse (NUHM): 1.) Completed GNM training course from an Institute recognized by the Indian Nursing Council/West Bengal Nursing Council or The person should have completed B.Sc. Nursing Course

2.) Must be registered under West Bengal Nursing Council (WBNC).

3.) Person should have proficiency in Local Language. Age Limit: Up to 64 years as on 01 January 2020.

• MO (Full Time) NUHM: MBBS from MCI Recognized Institution in WBMC Weightage will be given for higher qualification. Age Limit: Up to 63 years as on 01 January 2020.
