Eligibility Criteria for Dr. Babasaheb Ambedkar Open University Ahmedabad Various Jobs:

Educational Qualification:

1. Assistant Professor: Possess Master’s Degree in respective discipline and also qualify National Eligibility Test (NET).
2. Registrar: Possess Master’s Degree in respective discipline.
3. PA cum Steno to VC: Possess Bachelor’s Degree in appropriate discipline with shorthand speed @ 120 w.p.m. and typing speed @ 60 w.p.m.
4. Office Superintendent/ Senior Clerk: Possess Bachelor’s Degree in appropriate discipline.
5. Steno Gr. II (Gujarati): Possess Higher Secondary (12th Standard) Pass with shorthand speed @ 100 w.p.m. and typing speed @ 40 w.p.m. in English and shorthand speed @ 80 w.p.m. and typing speed @ 35 w.p.m. in Gujarati.
6. Supervisor Civil: Possess Diploma in the respective field of Civil. 

Experience Required: Having a relevant post- qualification experience in the concerned field for the respective posts.

Registrar – 15 years

PA cum Steno to VC: – 08 years

Office Superintendent/ Supervisor Civil: - 05 years

Senior Clerk – 07 years

Age Limit :

1. PA cum Steno to VC/ Office Superintendent/ Steno Gr. II (Gujarati)/ Senior Clerk: 35 years.
2. Supervisor Civil: 30 years.
3. OBC/ SC/ ST/ PWD/ Other candidates: As per norms.

Selection Procedure for Dr. Babasaheb Ambedkar Open University Ahmedabad Various Jobs:

The short listed candidates will be selected on the basis of performance in the Written Test and/ or Personal Interview, which will be conducted by the administration.
