The struggle to get into IITs is huge and every year more than 11 lakh students appear for Joint Entrance Exam for IITs i.e. JEE Main and after qualifying it only 15-20% are able to appear for next level i.e JEE Advanced. However, only 5% of total candidates who appear for JEE Advanced secure top rank to get into IITs, NITs, CFTIs and other premier engineering institutes.
Sometimes, students prepare well for exams, but they have doubts, stress as they are under pressure of competition and they lower their confidence for the exam. The thoughts in mind of students during IIT JEE preparation affect them and if they have such demotivating thoughts then definitely they would not be able to crack JEE Main or JEE Advanced.
And if students are not successful in the exam, then they drop their aspiration for IIT admission and stop their preparation or do not take a second attempt at the exam. However, students should not let such negative thoughts affect them and they should regularly motivate themselves to achieve their desired goal of becoming an IITian or making a successful career in engineering.
It is observed that during IIT JEE preparation if a student is self-motivated for their goal then half the work is done. The remaining task left for IIT JEE preparation is a regular practice for improvement.
We have come across methods of motivation by Mr Anand Kumar, founder of Super 30. And in this article, we are providing you with a video discussing tips for motivating students for their IIT goal and how students can keep themselves enthusiastic while preparing for IIT JEE.
Mr Anand Kumar said that students should know about the inventions and changes made by the engineers in the world. How engineers like Bill Gates and Narayan Murthy have successfully earned a name in the world by reading their inspirational struggle stories.
