Eligibility Criteria for Deputy General Manager and Other Jobs

Educational Qualification:

• Deputy General Manager (Technical): B.E./B.Tech. Degree in Mechanical/Civil/Electrical OR Equivalent with 55% marks.
• Senior Manager (Technical): B.E./B.Tech. Degree in Mechanical/Civil/Electrical/Electronics/Marine Engineering/Naval Architecture OR Equivalent with First Class or 60% overall marks.
• Senior Manager (HR): MBA/Post Graduate Degree or Diploma in HRM/Human Resource Development/Personnel Management/Social Work.
• Senior Manager (Sales & Marketing): B.E./B.Tech. Degree in with 55% marks OR MBA/PG Degree or Diploma with 55% Overall Marks in Sales/Marketing Management is desirable.
• Deputy Manager (Medical): MBBS Degree from any university recognized by Indian Medical Council.
• Junior Manager (Technical): Diploma in Engineering or Equivalent in the discipline of Mechanical.
• Junior Manager (Hull & Naval Architect): Diploma in Engineering or Equivalent in Naval Architecture/Shipbuilding Engineering/Civil/Mechanical.
• Junior Manager (Electrical): Diploma in Engineering or Equivalent in the discipline of Electrical/Electronics.
• Junior Manager (Civil): Diploma in Engineering or Equivalent in Civil Engineering.
• Junior Manager (HR & Admin): Graduate with Diploma in Catering Technology/Catering Management/General Management/HR/HRM/HRD etc.
