According to the short notice released, HPPSC will be conducting the Himachal Pradesh State Eligibility Test-2023 on March 17, 2024 across the state.
It is noted that the HP Teacher Eligibility Test (TET) exam is the gateway for selection for various teaching posts across the state. The Commission used to hold the State Eligibility Test (SET) for determining the eligibility for recruitment to the posts of Assistant Professor(s) in Universities and Colleges located within the State of Himachal Pradesh.

HP TET Exam 2024: Overview
According to the detailed notification released, the Test will consist of two papers and both the papers will consist of only objective type multiple choice questions in two separate sessions. Candidates will have to appear in the exam for General Awareness in session first. There will be a total of 50 questions carrying 100 marks.
