Eligibility Criteria for Senior Scientist & Other Posts Job
Educational Qualification:
- Senior Scientist and Head: For Disciplines other than engineering subject Doctoral degree in Agriculture subject including relevant basic. For Engineering disciplines Doctoral degree in relevant Agriculture engineering subject with 6 years experience as Scientist /Lecturer/Extension Specialist or in an equivalent position in the pay band-3 of `15600-39100 with grade pay of `5400/`6000/`7000/`8000 having made contribution to research / teaching / extension education as evidenced by published work / innovative and impact. OR c) Master’s degree in the relevant agriculture engineering subject with 10years experience as Scientist / Lecturer / Extension Specialist or in an equivalent position.
- Subject Matter Specialist (Plant Protection): Master’s degree in Agriculture (Plant Protection) or equivalent qualifications from a recognized university.
- Subject Matter Specialist (Agriculture Extension): Master’s degree in Agriculture (Agril. Extension) or equivalent qualifications from a recognized university.
- Stenographer Grade III: 12th Class pass or equivalent from recognized Board/University.
Age Limit
18 – 27 years
