Eligibility Conditions for IGNOU, New Delhi Recruitment 2020
Educational Qualification
Registrar (Student Evaluation Division)-Master's Degree with at least 55% of the marks or an equivalent grade in a point scale wherever grading system is followed.
Director (Computer Division)-Ph.D in Computer Science/Computer Applications/Computer Engineering/Computer Science and Engineering Information Technology with at least 55% of the Marks at Masters‟ Degree level; 
Deputy Registrar (under direct recruitment)-Master’s Degree with at least 55% of the marks or an equivalent grade in a point scale wherever grading system is followed.
Public Relation Officer (PRO)-A post-graduate degree from a recognized University with at least 55% marks or its equivalent grade, preferably in Journalism.
