Eligibility Criteria for Senior Research Associate & Other Posts Job

Educational Qualification:

• Senior Research Associate: Masters degree in Finance, CAIIB Commerce, Management, Economics or a qualified CA / CFA / CS / CMA/ CAIIB.
• Senior Research Associate: Masters degree in Management, Economics, Finance, Law or a qualified CA / CS / CMA with First Division.
• Senior Research Associate: Post-graduate degree in Social Works, Business Administration, Public Health or CSR and Sustainability related field.
• Research Associate: Masters degree in Management, Economics, Finance, Law or a qualified CA / CS / CMA with First Division.
• Research Associate: Master’s degree in Law, preferably in Corporate Law or Corporate Affairs.
• Research Associate: Post-graduate degree in Social Works/Business Administration/Public Health/CSR and Sustainability related field/LLB.
• Sr. Consultant: B.Com from recognized University.
• Consultant: Qualified the final examination of the Institute of Company secretary of India (ICSI).
• Consultant HR & Admin: Graduate in any discipline. Post graduate or MBA/ Law is preferred.
• Office Assistant: Graduate in any discipline.

Selection Procedure for Senior Research Associate & Other Posts Job

1. The appointment will be made on the recommendations, on the basis of interview, of a Selection Committee constituted for this purpose.
2. No TA/DA will be provided for attending the interview.
