M. Sc (Chemistry) with valid NET/GATE score and at least two years research experience as JRF.

Eligibility Criteria for Senior Research Fellow (SRF) School of Information Technology Job 2015

M. Tech / ME/ MS (by Research) or equivalent in Electronics & Comm. Engg or equivalent, with minimum 75% marks or 8.0/10 CGPA throughout, starting from Class X, and minimum two years of proven research experience.
