Educational Qualification
- Management Trainee (Technical): First Class Engineering graduates in Mechanical (10% relaxation in marks for SCs/ STs). Candidates having MTech/ ME or equivalent in the same discipline shall have added advantage.
- Management Trainee (Finance & Accounts): ACA/ AICWA for Management Trainee (F&A) cadre.
Age Limit (as on 1 September 2011): Maximum 28 years. 33 years for SC/ ST & 31 years for OBC (non-creamy layer). Relaxable by 2 years for candidates having MTech/ ME Degree.
Remuneration: The selected candidates will be paid an all-inclusive monthly consolidated Stipend of Rs 12,000 per month (all inclusive). PG Engineering Degree holders after acquiring BE/BTech will be offered regular pay scale of Rs 8600-250-14600. IDA and other allowances as per rules of the Company.
Application Fee: Candidates belonging to General and OBC category will have to pay a non refundable fee of Rs 100. No fee will be charged from SC/ ST candidates. The fee can be drawn on any Nationalized Bank payable at Palakkad, favouring Instrumentation Limited.
Selection Procedure: Selection will be through written test and Interview.
