International JECRC University Students participates in YOGA at the JECRC University Campus on International Yoga Day-21st June 2015.

JECRC University students from across the discipline participated at the first International Yoga Day on 21st June 2015 at the University campus.  International students who are currently undergoing their Internship also participated in Yoga Session on International Yoga Day.

Students participated in the Yoga Session with the different postures of asanas. Every year Yoga practioners train the students and also brief about the importance of yoga & meditation in today’s modern world. The University exposes the students for Yoga and Art of Living programs in order to enrich the human values and have good resilience to fight against all odds they may have to face in their day to day life.

Shri Amit Agrawal, Vice Chairman, JECRC University said “Yoga symbolizes the union of body and consciousness and practicing the Asanas will enable a healthy body - physically, mentally and spiritually”
