Eligibility Criteria for Supporting Staff & Other Posts

Educational Qualification:

• Programme Coordinator: a) For Disciplines other than Engineering subject Doctoral degree in relevant subject (Agriculture/Horticulture/Animal Science/Fisheries/Home Science) including relevant basic science with 8 years experience in the relevant subject as Scientist/ Lecture/ Extension Specialist or in an equivalent position in the pay band-3 of Rs. 15600-39100- with GP of Rs. 5400/-Rs.6000/-Rs.7000/-Rs.8000/- having made contribution to research/ teaching/ extension education as evidenced by published work/ innovations and impact. b) For Engineering Disciplines Doctoral degree in relevant engineering subject with 6 years experience as Scientist/Lecture/Extension Specialist or in as equivalent position in the pay band-3 of Rs. 156000-39100 with GP of Rs. 5400/-Rs.6000/-Rs.7000/-Rs.8000/- having made contribution to research/teaching/extension education as evidenced by published work/innovations and impact OR Master degree in relevant engineering subject with 10 years experiences as Scientist/Lecture/Extension Specialist or in an equivalent position in the pay band-3 of Rs. 156000-39100 with GP of Rs. 5400/-Rs.6000/-Rs.7000/-Rs.8000/- having made contribution to research/teaching/extension education as evidenced by published work/innovations and impact.
• Subject Matter Specialist: Master degree in relevant subject with good academic record.
• Farm Manager: Bachelor degree in Agriculture from a recognized University.
• Driver: Matriculation passed. Having commercial driving license of HMV or LMV.  Five year experience of driving of HMV or LMV
• Supporting Staff: 8th passed. Experience of cycle or motorcycle driving.

Age Limit for Supporting Staff & Other Posts

• Programme Coordinator: 45 years
• Other Posts: 35 years
