Students from the School of Open Learning (SOL), Delhi University seem to be in a dilemma this year, 2012 . The results this fall have been unusually late and adding up to the students woe list.
A group of about thirty students of the School of Open Learning who have cleared the law faculty entrance exam may just have their provisional admissions cancelled as their results have not been declared even after the due date.
Having the last date for submission of mark sheets as 31 August 2012 the authorities haven’t extended it yet summing up to high distress levels amongst students.
A similar problem is seen in coveted courses such as English Honors this year, where the annual examinations finished as early as the month of May 2012 with no traces of the results yet. The situation has so far forced many students to drop a year and pursue higher studies starting 2013.
