Life Insurance Corporation (LIC) has declared the written examination result for recruitment to the post of Assistant Administrative Officer (AAO) (Generalist). The candidates who qualified the written examination have been shortlisted for Interview.
A total of 2169 candidates are selected to appear for interview. The written examination was conducted on 5, 6, 12 and 13 March 2016 to fill up 700 vacancies.

The paper of LIC AAO Exam 2016 was objective type multiple choice questions. It was conducted online examination of 120 minutes. The questions will be based on Reasoning Ability Test (90 marks), Quantitative Aptitude Test (90 marks), General Knowledge & Current Affairs (60 marks), Computer Knowledge Test (60 marks). All these sections would have 30 questions each. Moreover, there was also questions from English i.e., English Language Test with special emphasis on Grammar, Vocabulary and Comprehension of 300marks including 160 questions.
