MAH-CET Results 2015 Analysis for MBA & MMS Admissions 2015

MAH-CET exam 2015 Results were declared by DTE Maharashtra on 25th March 2015. 57,700 candidates finally sat for the examination in two days and four sessions.

MAH-CET exam 2015 Results were declared by DTE, Maharashtra on 25th March 2015. 57,700 candidates finally sat for the examination in two days and four sessions. MAH-CET Exam 2015 was conducted on 14th & 15th March 2015 in two sessions on every single day.

DTE Maharashtra declared through its Information Brochure that separate merit lists for the different category candidates will be prepared for Centralized Admission Process (CAP) rounds for admission to MBA and MMS programme in the B-Schools of Maharashtra. The dates for the proposed CAP are yet to be announced by DTE, Maharashtra.

This year MAH-CET exam saw higher top score than in 2014. 5 candidates scored the highest marks of 170 out of 200. There were 23 candidates whose total score fell between 160 to 170. 5 candidates got zero marks and 43,469 candidates scored less than 100 marks. In total 57,224 candidates were included in the merit list.

Separate merit list will be prepared for admission for the Maharashtra state seats (Home University, State level and Persons With Disability), All India Level Seats (State level) and J&K migrant (State level) candidates.  In case of a tie, list will be determined using HSC (Std. XII) , SSC (Std. X) and Birth date of the candidate (Elder candidates will get preference).

Procedure for obtaining a duplicate Score Card:

For obtaining duplicate MAH-CET 2015 Score card, candidate should apply through the Head of the Institute where the candidate has secured the admission to the Director of Technical Education, Mumbai. The candidate has to pay of fees of Rs. 200/- in cash or by Demand Draft in favour of ‘Director of Technical Education, Mumbai’. Institute will receive duplicate CET Score card from the office of Directorate of Technical Education within seven working days from the date of receipt of the application for the same. For receiving the duplicate score card by registered post, the Institute must enclose a self-addressed (at least of 9.5” X 4.5” size) envelope affixed with postal stamps of Rs. 25/-.

JBIMS, the top B-School under MAH-CET will not be taking part in the CAP Process but will accept the MAH-CET 2015 Score.
