Mazagon Dock Limited invited applications for recruitment to the post of Deputy Chief Security Officer, Chief Manager (Naval Officer), Asst. Company Secretary (Manager) and Assistant Manager (Legal & Estate). The candidates eligible for the post can apply online on or before 3 July 2014.

Mazagon Dock Limited (MDL) is India’s prime shipyard. It manufactures warships and submarines for the Indian Navy, as well as offshore platforms and associated support vessels for offshore oil drilling. It also builds tankers, cargo bulk carriers and passenger ships and ferries.

Eligibility Criteria

Educational Qualification

• Deputy Chief Security Officer: Bachelor Degree in any discipline.
• Chief Manager (Naval Officer): Degree in Engineering in Mechanical, Electronics, Electrical, Naval Architecture or Civil discipline with minimum 60% Marks or equivalent CGPA.
• Asst. Company Secretary (Manager): Associate member of Institute of Company Secretaries of India & degree in Law.
• Assistant Manager (Legal & Estate): Graduate with LLB or Degree in Law.

Age Limit

• Deputy Chief Security Officer: Maximum age of the candidate should be 48 years as on 3 July 2014.
• Chief Manager (Naval Officer): Maximum age of the candidate should be 44 years as on 3 July 2014.
• Asst. Company Secretary (Manager): Maximum age of the candidate should be 40 years as on 3 July 2014.
• Assistant Manager (Legal & Estate): Maximum age of the candidate should be 32 years as on 3 July 2014.

Application Fee

• General and OBC candidates need to pay the fee of Rs. 300/- in form of crossed Demand Draft drawn in favor of Mazagon Dock Limited payable at Mumbai.
• No fee for SC/ST & PWD candidates.

Selection Procedure

Candidates will be selected on the basis of their performance in written test followed by personal interview.

• No other means/mode of application will be accepted.
