Ministry of Information and Broadcasting, Government of India, issued notification inviting applications for filling up 4 posts -- 3 posts of Regional Officers – General Central Service, Group ‘A’, Gazetted – in the Regional Office, Central Board of Film Certification, Mumbai, Bangalore and Thiruvananthapuram (1 post each) and one post of Additional Regional Officers – General Central Service, Group ‘A’, Gazetted – in the Regional Office, Central Board of Film Certification, Guwahati. The recruitment will be done on Deputation basis.

Qualifications:  Officers of the Indian Administrative Services or General Central Service, Group ‘A’ eligible for appointment as Deputy Secretary to the Government of India holding:

A Degree or equivalent with knowledge of Hindi and Marathi (for Mumbai office) / Kannada (for Bangalore office) / Malayalam (for Thiruvananthapuram Office) with Knowledge of Indian History & Culture and 10 years’ Administrative / Managerial experience

A Degree or equivalent with knowledge of Hindi and Assamese with Knowledge of Indian History & Culture and 7 years’ Administrative / Managerial experience
