Ministry of Textiles Notified Recruitment for 08 Junior Asst, Carpenter and Attendant Posts 2015

Ministry of Textiles, Weavers’ Service Centre, Government of India invited applications for the posts of Junior Assistant (Weaving), Junior Assistant (Processing), Carpenter and Attendant (Processing). The eligible candidates can apply to the post through the prescribed format within 45 days from the date of publication of advertisement.

• Junior Assistant (Weaving)- PB -1 Rs.5200-20200 + G.Pay Rs.1900/-
• Junior Assistant (Processing)- PB -1 Rs.5200-20200 + G.Pay Rs.1900/-
• Carpenter- PB -1 Rs.5200-20200 + G.Pay Rs.1900/-

• Attendant (Processing)- PB -1 Rs.5200-20200 + G.Pay Rs.1800/-

Eligibility Criteria:  

Educational Qualification:

• Junior Assistant (Weaving) - Matriculation from a recognized Board; or Industrial Training Institutes (I.T.I.) Diploma in Textile Weaving Trade from a recognized Institution of repute.
• Junior Assistant (Processing) - Matriculation from a recognized Board; or Industrial Training Institutes (I.T.I.) Diploma in a Textile Dyeing or Printing Trade.
• Carpenter- Matriculation from a recognized Board; or Industrial Training Institute (ITI) Diploma with Carpentry Trade or its equivalent.

• Attendant (Processing)- Matriculation from a recognized Board or Industrial Training Institutes (ITI) Diploma in Textile Dyeing or Printing or Fabric Printing or Screen Printing Trade.

Selection Procedure

The selection of the candidates will be done on the basis of interview/exam conducted by the body.
