MPPSC State Service Prelims Exam Result has been declared. A total of 4462 candidates have qualified the preliminary examination which was held to recruit candidates against 255 vacancies.
Madhya Pradesh Public Service Commission (MPPSC) has declared the preliminary result of the State Service Exam 2016. The Commission had invited application for 255 vacant posts in the month of April.

The MPPSC State Service Main Exam will be held on 02 November 2016. Qualified candidates can send their application for the Main Exam from 20 July 2016 onwards. The merit has been prepared on the basis of the minimum cut off mark prescribed for second paper and excluding 04 ambiguous questions of the first paper.
While the cut off marks for General category male candidates is 162, it has been slightly less for the females. OBC category has a cut off of 158 (male) and 150 (female). For other reserved categories the cut off marks are comparatively less.

The qualified candidates to the number of vacancies are approximately 15:1. MPPSC State Service Prelims exam 2016 was held on 31 May at 51 centres across the State. The examination was held in two sessions: 10 am- 12 noon and 02.15 pm-04.15 pm.
