Eligibility Criteria
Educational Qualification:
Deputy General Manager (Finance & Accounts), Manager (Finance & Accounts), Accounts Officer:
Degree in Commerce / Accounts from a recognized university or ICAI / ICWAI / MBA (Finance) from a recognized University / Institute; OR Member of any organized Group-‘A’ Finance/ Accounts related Service of the Central Government or of the State Government.
Deputy General Manager (Technical), Manager (Technical): Degree in Civil Engineering from a recognized University / Institute.
Manager (Legal): Degree in Law from a recognized University / Institute;
Manager (Rajbhasha): Master’s Degree of a recognized University or equivalent in Hindi with English as a subject at the degree level; OR Master’s Degree of a recognized University or equivalent in English with Hindi as a subject at the degree level; OR Master’s Degree of a recognized University or equivalent in any subject with Hindi and English as subjects at the degree level; OR Master’s Degree of a recognized University or equivalent in any subject with Hindi Medium and English as a subject at the degree level; OR Master’s Degree of a recognized University or equivalent in any subject with English Medium and Hindi as a subject at the degree level.
Assistant Manager (Administration): Degree from a recognized University / Institute.
Experience:
Deputy General Manager (Finance & Accounts), Deputy General Manager (Technical): 09 years’ relevant work experience.
Manager (Finance & Accounts), Manager (Technical) and Account Officer: 04 years’ relevant work experience.
Manager (Legal): 5 year’ of experience in the field of Law related to contractual matters/ arbitration / legislative matters/ land acquisition.
Assistant Manager (Administration): At least 3 years’ experience in Administration / Establishment / Human Resource / Personnel Management.
Maximum Age limit: 56 years.
