National Institute of Securities Markets (NISM) invites applications from eligible candidates for filling up the following positions of “Managers, Deputy Managers and Assistant Managers”. All the positions will be for an initial period up to 05 years with probation of six months. Posting would be initially at its Offices in Mumbai or Navi Mumbai, but is transferable to any of NISM Offices/Test Centers. The candidates eligible for the post may apply on or before 30 April 2014.

Educational Qualification & Experience
For Post 1 (Different Disciplines)
(i) First Class Degree in the relevant field (Civil Engineering/ Electrical Engineering) from the recoganised University.
(ii) Minimum 06 years of post qualification relevant work experience.
(iii) First class Graduate Degree in Computer Science/ Computer Engineering/ Computer Applications/ Information Technology/ Electronics/ Telecommunication from a reputed institute or a First class Post Graduate Degree in Computer Science/ Computer Engineering/ Computer Applications/ Information Technology/ Electronics/ Telecommunication from a reputed institute.
(iv) Minimum 6 years of post qualification relevant work experience in the implementation of small to medium scale applications or ICT infrastructure development projects.
For Post 2
(i) First class Post Graduate degree with specialization in Finance / Economics / Commerce / Business Administration (Finance), from any recognized University / Institute.
(ii) Minimum 5 years of post qualification experience in Securities Markets / Financial Markets domain. Candidates with specialized subject knowledge in relevant domains will be given preference.
For Post 3 (Different Disciplines)
(i) First class Post Graduate degree in MBA (HR) or MHRM or any allied qualification or a Post Graduate Diploma in Industrial Relations & Personnel Management, from any recognized University / Institute. Incumbent having professional qualification in Labour Law (in addition to one of the above mentioned qualifications) will be preferred.
(ii) Minimum 4 years of post qualification experience in handling various HR and industrial relations related matters, preferably in an educational Institute.
(iii) First class Post Graduate degree in Commerce from any recognized University or Inter CA. Incumbent having one or more professional qualifications viz. CA / ICWA / MBA (Finance) would be preferred.
(iv) Minimum 4 years of post qualification experience in writing books of accounts up to finalization and statutory compliances.

Indicative Annual CTC for the candidate is Ranging from Rs. 7 Lakhs to Rs. 9 Lakhs (inclusive of variable pay) for post 1, Ranging from Rs. 7 Lakhs to Rs. 8 Lakhs (inclusive of variable pay) for the post 2 and Ranging from Rs. 5 Lakhs to Rs. 6 Lakhs (inclusive of variable pay) for the post 3.
