Eligibility Criteria for the Teaching & Various Jobs
Educational Qualification
- Project Assistant: Candidates having M.Sc degree in Organic Chemistry from a recognized university with minimum of 60% marks or equivalent CGPA (for both B.Sc and M.Sc) can apply.
- Executive Engineer: i) First class Bachelor’s degree or equivalent grade in Civil Engineering from a recognized University/ Institute.
- Medical Officer: MBBS Degree or equivalent qualification included in any one of the Schedules to the Indian Medical Council Act, 1956 (102 of 1956) and must be registered in a State Medical Register or Indian Medical Register.
- Professor: 10 years after Ph.D. or 13 years total (not counting Ph.D. enrolment period) out of which 07 years are to be after Ph.D.
- Associate Professor: 06 years after Ph.D. or 09 years total (not counting Ph.D. enrolment period) out of which 03 years should be after Ph.D.
- Professor (English): 10 years after Ph.D. or 13 years total (not counting Ph.D. enrolment period) out of which 07 years are to be after Ph.D.
- Assistant Librarian: Master’s Degree in Library Science/Information Science/Documentation Science or an equivalent professional degree with CGPA of 6.5 in 10 point scale or at least 60% marks.
Age Limit for Teaching & Various Jobs
- Project Assistant: Maximum 28 years
- Executive Engineer: Not exceeding 40 Years
- Medical Office: Not exceeding 35 years
- Professor: Age limit not applicable
- Associate Professor: Age limit not applicable
- Professor (English): Age limit not applicable
- Assistant Librarian: PWD–Open (45 years), PWD–OBC (48 years) & PWD–SC/ST (50 years)
