Or Masters Degree of a recognized University or equivalent or Degree in Engineering of a recognized University. Or ‘A’ level Diploma under Department of Electronics and Accreditation of Computer Courses (DOEACC) Programme of Post Graduate Diploma in Computer Application offered under University programme or Post Polytechnic Diploma in Computer Application Awarded by State Council of Technical Education.
