Eligibility Conditions for PSEB Recruitment 2018

Educational Qualification

Director (Refinery) – The applicant should be an Engineering graduate in Chemical/ Mechanical / Electrical  Engineering from a recognised University/ Institution with good academic record. Applicants with MBA/Post graduate Diploma in management from a recognised University/Institution would have an added advantage. Experience: The applicant should have experience at a senior level of management in a large organization of repute, out of which at least five years during the last ten years should have been in Petroleum Refining. Applicant with experience in Petro chemical industry would have an added advantage.

Age Limits (as on date of vacancy)

Director (Refinery) – Min 45 years and Max 3 years of residual service w.r.t. the date of superannuation.
