RPSC RAS Vacancy 2024 Increased to 1096: Check Detailed Notification, Steps to Apply and More

RPSC RAS Vacancies: The Rajasthan Public Service Commission (RPSC) has revised the number of vacancies for the RPSC RAS 2024. The Commision has released short notice regarding the revised number of posts under RAS recruitment drive. 
As per the short notice released by the RPSC, now the total number of posts has been increased to 1,096. Earlier the number of posts was announced for a total 733 positions in different services across the state.

Out of a total of 733 various posts including state services and subordinate services released earlier, 346 are for State Services whereas 387 are available for Subordinate Services. Now the vacancies have been increased up to 1,096 positions.

Earlier the Commission has conducted the prelims examination for RPSC RAS 2024 on February 2, 2025 across the state. The exam was held in objective-type questions mode in a single shift from 12:00 PM to 3:00 PM.

RPSC RAS Selection Procedure

The candidate will be selected solely on the basis of their performance in a written examination including Prelims and Mains followed by an Interview round. Candidates should note that the prelims exam serves only as a screening test and its marks will not be considered for the final list preparation. The marks achieved in mains and interview rounds will be considered for the final merit calculation.
