Railway Paramedical exam will be consists of one objective paper of 100 marks. 100 questions will be asked be from Professional Ability (70 Marks); General Awareness (10 Marks); General Arithmetic, General Intelligence & reasoning (10 Marks) and General Science (10 Marks). Negative marking for incorrect answers will be done. 1/3rd of the marks allotted for each question shall be deducted for each wrong answer.

There shall be a single stage Computer Based Test (CBT). However, RRBs reserve the right to conduct additional CBTs.
According to official notification, selected candidates, in RRB Paramedical CBT exam, will be called for the medical fitness test and then the successful candidates in Medical Test will be called for Document Verification round

RRB had released around 1lakh and 30 thousand vacancies for various posts in the month of February 2019, out of which 1937 are reserved for Paramedical posts like Staff Nurse, Dental Hygienist, Dietician, Optometrist, Dialysis Technician, Health and Malaria Inspector grade III.
