•    ITI Fitter Trade: 26 Vacancies
•    ITI Electrician Trade: 20 Vacancies
•    ITI Welder Trade: 8 Vacancies

•    Last Date for Receipt of Application: 10 September 2012

Pay Scale :  Rs 8630-12080 (post Training)

Age Limit: Less than 28 years (as on 01-07-2012).

Eligibility Criteria

•    Candidates must possess SSLC / HSC and ITI in Fitter / Electrician / Welder Trade.

Selection Procedure

•    A Written test, along with Interview and Medical examination.
•    Selection will be subject to candidates passing the medical fitness examination by the authorized medical officer of the Company

How to Apply

•    An application, in the prescribed format, along with copies of all relevant testimonials and crossed DD should be sent to Post Bag No.781, Circus Avenue Post Office, Kolkata – 700 017, on or before 10 September 2012.
•    An application fee of Rs. 150/- can be paid through a DD drawn in favor of Salem Steel Plant payable at Salem and drawn on State Bank of India, Salem Steel Plant Campus Branch. For SC/ST/PWD candidates, the application fee is Rs. 50/-.
