Stipend:

- For HR/ Marketing Assistant Trainees: Rs.5000/ month for 1st yr and Rs.6000/ month for 2nd yr
- For Medical Assistant Trainees: Rs.4000/ month for 1st yr and Rs.4750/ month for 2nd yr
Age as on 01.07.2013
- For Advanced Trade Trainees: The candidate should be above 18 years and below 30 years.
- For Advanced Diploma Trainees: The candidate should be above 18 years and below 32 years.
- For HR/ Marketing Assistant Trainees: The candidate should be above 18 years and below 32 years
- For Medical Assistant Trainees: The candidate should be above 18 years and below 30 years
A Relaxation is provided for the candidates of reserved category as per govt. norms i.e.
- Scheduled Caste/Scheduled Tribe: 5 years
- Other Backward Classes: 3 years
- Persons With Disability: 10 years
Education Qualification
- For Advanced Trade Trainees: The candidate must possess ITI in requisite Trades with Apprenticeship as a minimum qualification.
- For Advanced Diploma Trainees: The candidate must possess a Diploma in requisite disciplines from Board of Technical Education or equivalent as a minimum qualification.
- For HR/ Marketing Assistant Trainees: The candidate must possess BBA from recognized university as a minimum qualification.
- For Medical Assistant Trainees: The candidate must possess Pass 10+2 or equivalent examination and undergone a course of instructions in First Aid from a recognized institution as a minimum qualification.
Application Fee
For Advanced Trade Trainees and Medical Assistant Trainees: Rs.50/-
For Advanced Diploma Trainees and HR/ Marketing Assistant Trainees: Rs.100/-
The candidates belonging to SC/ST/PWD/Female categories are exempted.
The application fee will be submitted in form of Demand Draft in favour of “SCOOTERS INDIA LIMITED‟ payable at Lucknow.

SELECTION PROCEDURES
The candidates will be selected on the basis of performance in the Personal Interview. The Personal Interview will be conducted at the Lucknow and the address of the venue along with date of interview will be mentioned in the call letters. Besides the same will be posted on the official website as well before the commencement of the examination.
