South Indian Bank Notified Recruitment to the Post of Security Officers II/III 2013

    The South Indian Bank Ltd issued notification inviting applications for filling up 2 vacancies of Security Officers-in the cadre of Scale II / Scale III. Interested candidates should send their applications till 31 July 2013.

    Vacancy Details

    Name of the Posts: Security Officers Scale II / III

    Cadre of Recruitment: Scale II / Scale III

    No. of Vacancies: 2 posts

    Place of Posting: Delhi (1 post), Mumbai (1 post)

    Probation Period: 1 Year

    Pay Scale: IBA Scale of pay as applicable to Scale II / III. Higher Scale / grade will be offered depending upon qualification and experience.

    Current CTC for Scale II: Rs.6.5-7 lakhs per year

    Current CTC for Scale III: Rs.7.5-8 lakhs per year

    CTC depends up on the place of posting.

    Eligibility: Candidates should be from Defence forces (Army / Navy / Air Force) or from Para-Military forces with minimum 5 years of service as Officer and not below the rank of Captain in Army / equivalent.

    Preferred: Officers having experience as Security officers in Banks

    Age limit: Not more than 45 years

    (Age will be reckoned as on 31 March 2013)

    Selection Procedure: Selection will be done on the basis of candidates’ performance in the Personal Interview

    How to Apply: Interested eligible candidates should send their applications, in the prescribed format, along with attested copies of the required certificates / documents to ‘The Chief General Manager, The South Indian Bank Ltd, SIB House, Mission Quarters, Thrissur – 680 001, Kerala’, so as to reach the said office on or before 31 July 2013.

    On the envelope candidates should super-scribe “Application for the post of Security Officers (Scale II / III)

    Candidate may have to travel to any location depending on the requirement of the Bank.
