The Rubber Board invited online application for recruitment to different post including Director (P&PD), Assistant Accounts Officer, Statistical Assistant, Farm Assistant and more. Candidates can apply online on or before 12 November 2013. The Rubber Board is a statutory body constituted by the Government of India, under the Rubber Act 1947, for the overall development of the rubber industry in the country.

• Junior Assistant: 28 Posts

Total No. of Posts: 63

Age Limit:

• Maximum age should be 55 years as on 12 November 2013 for Director (P&PD).
• Maximum age should be 35 years as on 12 November 2013 for Assistant Accounts Officer.
• Maximum age should be 27 years as on 12 November 2013 for Statistical Assistant, Farm Assistant, Rubber Tapping Demonstrator and Junior Assistant.

Educational Qualification:

• Director (P&PD): BE/B.Tech/Master Degree in Chemistry
• Assistant Accounts Officer: Pass in final examination of the institute of Chartered accountants of India or the institute of Cost & Works Accountants of India.
• Statistical Assistant: Master Degree in Statistics/Agriculture Statistics/Econometrics
• Farm Assistant: Pass in SSLC or equivalent.
• Rubber Tapping Demonstrator: Pass in SSLC or equivalent.
• Junior Assistant: 12th class passed or equivalent.

Pay Scale:

• Director (P&PD): Rs. 15,600 - 39,100 + G.P 7,600/-pm.
• Assistant Accounts Officer: Rs. 9,300 - 34,800 + G.P 4,600/-pm.
• Statistical Assistant: Rs. 9,300 - 34,800 + G.P 4,200/-pm.
• Farm Assistant: Rs. 5,200 - 20,200 + G.P 2,400/-pm.
• Rubber Tapping Demonstrator: Rs. 5,200 - 20,200 + G.P 2,000/-pm.
• Junior Assistant: Rs. 5,200 - 20,200 + G.P 1,900/-pm.
