UPSC Announced Indian Forest Service (Pre) Examination 2013 Result

The Union Public Service Commission declared result of the Indian Forest Service (Preliminary) Examination, 2013. The candidates are selected on the basis of their performance in the Civil Services Preliminary examination conducted on 26 May 2013. The Civil services (pre) examination 2013 was conducted to appoint the eligible candidates for Indian Forest Services and Indian Administrative services. Short listed candidates are eligible to appear in the Indian Forest Service (Main) Written Examination, 2013 to be conducted on 3 October 2013.

All qualified candidates are advised to fill online application form for the IFoS (Main) Written Exam 2013. The Detailed Application Form (DAF) for IFoS (Main) Examination, 2013 (DAF-IFoS) is available on the official website of the Union Public Service Commission from 3 August 2013 to 20 August 2013 till11.59 PM.

Process to send the application

• Take the print out, after submitting the duly filled DAF--IFoS ONLINE.
• Along with the application send the mandatory documents and prescribed application fees wherever applicable as enclosures addressed to the Under Secretary [IFoS], Union Public Service Commission, Dholpur House, Shahjahan Road, New Delhi-110069.
• Superscribed “Application for Indian Forest Service (Main) Examination, 2013” on the envelope prior to sending.
• The candidates can  send the application by hand at Union Public Service Commission counter till 30 August 2013 (5.00 PM)
