Eligibility Criteria for UPSC Recruitment 2016
Educational Qualification & Experience:
- Medical Officer/Research Officer (Ayurveda)– (i) A Degree in Ayurveda of a Recognised University/Statutory State Board/ Council/ Faculty of Indian Medicine or equivalent recognised under the Indian Medicine Central Council Act, 1970 (48 of 1970). (ii) Enrolment on the Central Register of Indian Medicine or State Register of Indian Medicine.
- Senior Administrative Officers Grade-I– Degree of a recognized university. Experience: Six years’ administration experience in a Government or semi-Government organisation or commercial organisation of repute.
- Senior Administrative Officers Grade-II– Degree of a recognized university. Experience: Three years’ experience of administration, establishment and accounts work.
- Stores Officers– Degree of a recognized university . Experience: Three years’ experience in a Government or semi-Government office or in a private concern of repute in indenting purchases maintenance of technical Stores or accounts.
Age Limit
Upper Age Limit (as on 01.01.2016):-
- Medical Officer/Research Officer (Ayurveda)– 35 Years
- Senior Administrative Officers Grade-I– 40 Years
- Senior Administrative Officers Grade-II– 35 Years
- Stores Officers–30 Years
Relaxations: Relaxation in upper age limited for OBC/SC/ST as per Govt. of India rules.
Selection Procedure for UPSC Recruitment 2016
Computer Based Recruitment Test (CBRT) of two hours duration and this will carry maximum 300 marks.
Application Fee for UPSC Recruitment 2016
For SC/ST/PH/Women Candidates – NIL (Exempted)
For all other candidates – Rs. 25/-
