UPSRTC Notified Recruitment for 30 Assistant Regional Manager Posts 2014

U.P State Road Transport Corporation (UPSRTC), Lucknow issued notification inviting online applications for filling up 30 Assistant Regional Manager posts–14 posts of ARM (Operations) and 16posts of ARM (Technical).Interested and eligible candidates can apply online for the posts through UPSRTC on or before 7 March 2014.

Name of the Post: Assistant Regional Manager
Total Vacancies: 30 posts
Pay Scale: Pay Band of Rs.15600–39100 with Grade Pay of Rs.5400

Age limit: (as on 1 January 2014)
Minimum: 21 years
Maximum: 40 years
[Upper age limit for OBC/SC/ST category candidates is 45 years]

Discipline-wise vacancy details:
1. Assistant Regional Manager (Operations): 14 posts
Qualifications: Two years full time PG Degree or PG Diploma in Business Administration or Business Management withknowledge of Hindi and Devnagri script;

2. Assistant Regional Manager (Technical): 16 posts
Qualifications: Full time Degree in Mechanical or Automobile Engineering with knowledge of Hindi and Devnagri script.

Selection Procedure: Selection will be done on thebasis of candidates’performance in the online recruitment testto be held at various centers in 7 cities:
1 Allahabad;
2 Ghaziabad;
3 Greater Noida;
4 Lucknow;
5 New Delhi;
6 Noida;
7 Varanasi;

Registration Fees: Non-refundable registration fees of Rs.1800 (Rs.900 for SC/ST category candidates) is to be paid only by ONLINE PAYMENT mode using Credit card/Debit card/Net Banking or IMPS.

After successful submission of online application form, following online payment of Registration fees, candidates take a print-out of the online submitted form with payment details mentioned on it and keep a copy for future reference.
