Western Naval Command to Recruit 185 Storekeeper & Asst. Storekeepers

Western Naval Command, Mumbai issued notification for recruitment of 185 Storekeeper and Assistant Storekeeper vacancies. Interested candidates should send in their application, in prescribed format, along with copies of all relevant certificates, in an envelope super-scribed ‘APPLICATION FOR THE POST OF ______ & CATEGORY ___’to “The Advertiser, Post Box No. 120, Thane Head Post Office, Thane (West) – 400 601” through ordinary post so as to reach the office on or before 15 days from the date of publication of the advertisement.

Important Dates:
Last date for receipt of application: 15 days from the date of publication.
                               21 days from the date of publication (for residents of North East Region, Anndaman & Nicobar, Lakshadweep and Kavarati Islands)

Educational Qualification:
For Storekeeper: Graduate /Matriculation with Diploma in Mech. Engg. /Elec. Engg. with one year experience in Stores work in Govt. dept/PSU/reputed firm        OR
Matriculation with Certificate from ITI / approved apprentice in Engg. trade with 2 yrs experience in a reputed workshop        OR
Matriculation or equivalent with 5 year experience in Stores work in Govt. dept/PSU/reputed firm
         
For Asst. Storekeeper: Matriculation or equivalent.
