A: All candidates will have to produce the following certificates in original along with one set of attested copies at the time of interview failing which his/ her candidature will be cancelled.
1. Certificates in support of educational qualification, experience, date of birth/ caste/ and disability, if any.
2. SC/ST/OBC Caste Certificate/ Certificate of disability issued by the Competent Authority.
3. Candidates belonging to and applying for a post under the Reserved OBC category are required to submit a Certificate regarding his/ her ‘community’ in the prescribed format. The certificate should contain the “NON CREAMY LAYER” Clause, based on the income for the financial year ending 31 March 2010 or later. But the candidates coming in the “CREAMY LAYER” are not entitled to OBC reservation. They should indicate their category as ‘Gen’ or ‘Gen Physically challenged’ as applicable. OBC certificate should not be more than one year old as on the date of application.
4. ‘Person With Disabilities’ claiming the benefit of reservations/ age relaxation should submit a copy of Medical Certificate as specified in The Persons With Disabilities (Equal Opportunities, Protection Of Rights And Full Participation) Act of 1995 in support of their disability.
5. A recent, recognizable passport size photograph should be firmly pasted on the application and should be signed across by the candidate.
6. 5 copies of the same photograph should be retained for use at the time of written examination and interview. Candidates are advised not to change their appearance till the recruitment process is complete. Failure to produce the same photograph at the time of written test/ interview may lead to disqualification.
