Cognizant Technology acquired digital solution company Odecee in Australia

Cognizant Technology on 12 November 2014 acquired Odecee in Australia. The company provides digital solutions to enterprises in Australia and New Zealand.  
This is Cognizant's second acquisition in the digital landscape. The terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
As part of the deal, around 150 specialists with digital expertise will join Cognizant. The company would also get access to intellectual property such as Velocedee, a platform that helps centralize highly secure mobile applications and enables rapid implementation of core business processes across a wide range of mobile devices.

The company acquired Cadient Group, a digital marketing agency that serves life sciences companies, in October 2014.  Besides Cadient, the company also acquired TriZetto, a US-based healthcare software platform for 2.7 billion US dollars in September 2014.
Odecee was founded in 2007. It provides enterprise mobility, web and cloud solutions to clients in financial services, insurance, healthcare, logistics, and communications sector.
