Union Ministry of Finance informed recently that around Rs 1,05,155 crore worth GST revenue was collected in October 2020, which is an 8-month high figure.

The second phase of voting in the Bihar Assembly Elections 2020 will take place tomorrow, November 3, 2020. The phase 2 polls will begin at 7 am and end at 6 pm, except in naxal-affected constituencies.  

3.(b) Shane Watson
Shane Watson, Australian opener for the Chennai Super Kings announced his retirement from all forms of cricket, including franchise cricket after his team CSK beat Kings XI Punjab by 9 wickets on November 1, 2020. 

4.(a) Iran
Iran has begun its annual air force drill with drones and jets, as per the state television media. Iran began its drill with its aging fleet of US and Russian-made jet fighters along with locally made drones and other aircraft.

The United Kingdom has decided to take back direct control and management of the country's nuclear weapon warheads from a Lockheed Martin-led group. The day-to-day operations of the nuclear weapons were till now being handled by a consortium run by Lockheed Martin, Serco and Jacobs Engineering in June 2021.
