Russian gas company Gazprom signed a gas storage pact with gas pipe operator Fluxys of Belgium on 8 December 2010. Under the pact, Gazprom will consider preserving long term storage capacity at Fluxys’ underground storage capacity in Loenhout, Belgium.
The pact was signed during a meeting between the Russian President Dmitry Medvedev and Yves Leterme, care taker Prime Minister of Belgium.
