As the Maha Kumbh in Prayagraj approaches, Uttar Pradesh CM Yogi Adityanath is gearing up for the event. He recently launched the logo, website, and app for Maha Kumbh 2025 during Sharadiya Navratri.

“In light of Maha Kumbh-2025, I had the chance to speak with respected saints and sages at 'Tirthraj' Prayagraj, the sacred region of spirituality, culture, and religion. May everyone be blessed by the divine and magnificent Maha Kumbh, the everlasting emblem of the Sanatan faith!" CM Yogi made this post on X.

Mahakumbh 2025 Logo

Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath unveiled the new multicolored Mahakumbh 2025 logo at a ceremony in Prayagraaj on October 6. The logo shows the 'Amrit Kalash,' which represents both the religious and economic prosperity of this event. The logo is inspired by the mythological tale of Samudra Manthan.

Importance of Amrit Kalash: The Amrit Kalash depicted in the design has a deep symbolic meaning: the water inside it represents the ocean, the mouth represents Lord Vishnu, the neck represents Rudra, the base represents Brahma, and all the goddesses are represented by the center part.

Symbol of Sanatana Civilisation: The Sanatana civilization's balance of nature and people is symbolized by the logo's design, which includes an urn, a temple, a seer, the Akshayvat tree, and an image of Lord Hanuman. It also represents the unceasing flow of public welfare and self-awareness, making it an inspiring symbol for Mahakumbh 2025.

Sadhus in Salutaion: In addition, two sadhus are shown in a salutation position, indicating profound respect for the occasion. Along with representing several Sanatana Dharma traditions, the logo also includes important religious places along the banks of this famous Sangamnagari.

Triveni Sangam: Given that Prayagraj is the location of Mahakumbh, the Triveni Sangam, the meeting place of the Yamuna, Ganga, and Saraswati rivers, is featured prominently in the logo. The design prominently features a real-time satellite image of the Sangam, signifying the rivers' unending flow as a metaphor for life itself.
