Mahindra and Mahindra on 4 December 2010, announced a tie-up with Maschio-Gaspardo SpA, which is a farm-equipment Company from Italy. As part of this agreement, Maschio-Gaspardo SpA will manufacture rotovators. Besides, Maschio will also manufacture other kinds of rotary tillage equipment for planting, crop care and seeding. The tie-up between Mahindra and Maschio is aimed at to offer world class products to farmersin India so that rural productivity and efficiency could be improved.
