Playing It My Way – Sachin Tendulkar

Sachin Tendulkar’s autobiography Playing It My Way was launched on 5 November 2014 in Mumbai. The book was unveiled by Sachin himself in the presence of some of his former teammates, celebrities and family members.

Earlier, Sachin gave first copy of the book to his mother Rajni, while at the launch he presented a copy to his mentor and childhood coach Ramakant Achrekar in the presence of his daughter Sara.

Before the launch of the book, cricket analyst and host of the launch occasion, Harsha Bhogle had three panel discussion sessions with Sachin’s former teammates and family, who feature in the book. The first panel discussion was attended by former Indian captains Gavaskar, Dilip Vengsarkar, Ravi Shastri and former Mumbai cricketer Vasu Paranjape. Others who joined him on stage were Saurav Ganguly, Rahul Dravid and VVS Laxman.
