BJP Sankalp Patra: Prime Minister Narendra Modi released the party’s manifesto on Sunday. The manifesto named, ‘Sankalp Patra’ was launched in the presence of Prime Minister Narendra Modi, BJP president JP Nadda, Defense Minister Rajnath Singh, Finance Minister Nirmala Sitharaman, and other senior party members. PM Modi said, “The entire country waits for the BJP’s ‘Sankalp Patra’. There is a big reason behind, it as in the last 10 years, the BJP has implemented every point of its manifesto as a guarantee on the ground. This ‘Sankalp Patra’ empowers all four pillars of developed India including,  youth, women, poor and farmers.” 

The manifesto release coincided with the birth anniversary of BR Ambedkar, the principal architect of the Indian Constitution and a prominent leader from the Dalit community.

This year, Lok Sabha polls will commence in seven phases. The manifesto drafting process incorporated inputs from both online contributors and individuals engaged through offline party efforts, as previously announced by PM Modi. 

• Ayushman Yojana beneficiaries will now include those who are 70 years of age or older, and PM Modi has ordered that the loan cap on the Mudra scheme be raised to 20 lakh rupees.
• The BJP promises to implement the Nyaya Sanhita across the country once they regains power.
• The manifesto emphasized that the railroad will improve by addressing waiting lists and pushing forward with bullet train projects in the Northeast.
• Prospective obligations comprise the advancement of 5G and 6G technologies in addition to attaining energy independence.
• The Ayushman Bharat Yojana will now include transgender people in its fold.
• The transgender community will benefit from the expansion of the Garima Grahas network and the issuance of identity cards that will grant them recognition across the country.
• Women will be trained in the fields of information technology, tourism, healthcare, and retail. The participation and contributions of women will be given priority over the next five years.
• Rural women will also have the opportunity to train as drone pilots through the NaMo Drone Didi Yojana.
• After forming a government at the center, the Bharatiya Janata Party has pledged to implement the Uniform Civil Code throughout the nation.
• The Himalayan states have committed to a comprehensive disaster management and resilience strategy in light of the region's delicate ecosystem and rising frequency of natural disasters.
• The establishment of the Anusandhan Fund, which would fund scientific research with an investment of one lakh crore rupees, is part of the BJP's manifesto.
• Simplifying state-level regulations and collaborating with state governments to reduce compliance burdens for small traders and MSMEs is on the agenda to enhance their ease of living and conducting business.
• Janjatiya Gaurav Diwas will be observed to celebrate the significant contributions of tribal communities, with the year 2025 declared as Janjatiya Gaurav Varsh.
• Through the PM Suraj Portal, qualified individuals will have access to credit facilities to support their livelihood.
• The education of tribal children will be given priority with the establishment of 740 Eklavya Model Residential Schools, while efforts will be made to expedite the construction and operation of the remaining schools.
• Reduce millions of families' electricity costs and create opportunities for electricity-related income by using the PM Surya Ghar Free Electricity Scheme.
• Ensure that 100 million farmers continue to benefit from the PM-Kisan Samman Nidhi.
• Prioritize "Shree Anna" in order to establish India as a leading worldwide center for nutrition.
• The benefits of the PM Kisan scheme will continue over the next five years, and the roll-out of the 'Rashtriya Sahkariti Niti' will enhance India's leadership in global nutrition, with a particular focus on millets.
• The PM Surya Ghar Muft Bijli Yojana will see increased efforts in addition to a doubling of the loan limit to Rs 20 lakh under the PM Mudra Yojana.
• Construction of 30 million new homes and ensuring gas connections for all households nationwide.
• The manifesto addressed health concerns; the treatment of cervical cancer, breast cancer, osteoporosis, and other ailments is a key focus.
• Provide international students with official yoga certification. 

The manifesto for the Lok Sabha election 2024 focuses on “one nation, one election” and the Uniform Civil Code. Also, the Prime Minister pledged immediate action on the manifesto’s promulgation after the June 4 election results.
