India and South Africa locked horns in the 2024 T20 World Cup final on Saturday, June 29, 2024 at Kensington Oval, Bridgetown, Barbados. India secured a spot in the final after defeating England by 68 runs in the semifinal at the Providence Stadium in Guyana on Thursday, June 27, 2024. 

This will be India’s first T20 World Cup final since 2014, the year it lost to Sri Lanka by 6 wickets in Mirpur. On the other hand, South Africa will be featuring in its first-ever T20 World Cup final after it thrashed Afghanistan by 9 wickets earlier on Thursday, June 27, 2024.
