Mohd. Najib bin Tun Haji Abdul Razak became PrimeMinister of Malaysia. He took oath as sixth Premier of the country on April 3. Razak succeeded Abdullah Ahmad Badawi. He was working as the Deputy Prime Minister before taking the new charge. Razak is the son of Malaysia's second prime minister, Tun Abdul Razak.
