AAP Manifesto 2020 on Education: Aam Aadmi Party released it Delhi Election 2020 manifesto today with its prime focus on Education Sector. On education front, Delhi CM Arvind Kejriwal promised Permanent Jobs, Spoken English Classes to Youth along with implementation of Deshbhakti Curriculum in Schools across Delhi. Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal released the AAP Election Manifesto for the upcoming elections at a press meet today i.e. on 4th February 2020. He was joined by Deputy Chief Minister and State Education Minister Manish Sisodia as well as other AAP leaders.
Education Remains Key Focus
AAP in its 2020 Election Manifesto has maintained its keen focus on the education sector, for which it had received commendations from all quarters. Continuing from there, AAP has laid a lot of emphasis on education sector, especially on jobs, employment and skill development of youth as part of its election manifesto. The key promises related to education sector in AAP Manifesto 2020 are:
Deshbhakti Curriculum: Following in strides of Happiness Curriculum and Entrepreneurship Mindset Curriculum introduced earlier, AAP, if voted back to power, plans to implement Deshbhakti Curriculum to to help students become “true patriots”. Deshbhakti Curriculum is aimed at achieving three key targets i.e. introducing students to the glories of the country, making them aware of their responsibilities towards the country and through these two instil a sense of pride in them about being Indian.
Spoken English & Personality Development: With an aim to help enhance employability quotient of the youth; AAP Government will introduce Spoken English and Personality Development Classes for them. Under this scheme, any student who has passed out from Government or Private Schools based in Delhi in last 5 years, will be able to join these classes and learn the basic skills that will help them get better jobs.
