Assam PAT 2021: The Directorate of Technical Education (DTE), Assam has revised the registration and exam date for the Polytechnic Admission Test 2021 (PAT). The registration for Assam polytechnic admission test (PAT) 2021 has been extended till 20th July. Candidates can register online at pat2021.online. With the change in registration date, the test has also been rescheduled to 22nd August 2021.
In an official notice, Assam DTE said the PAT exam has been postponed due to “unavoidable reasons”. The deadline for registration for the admission test has also been extended to 20th July. Candidates can fill the application form on the official website dte.assam.gov.in.

The registration for Assam PAT is available in online mode. Candidates can apply by visiting the official website. Also, they must fill-up the form before the deadline to avoid last-minute rush. Go through the steps to apply for Assam Polytechnic Admission Test (PAT) 2021 -

- Step 2 - On the homepage, click on "Click here to Apply".
- Step 3 - Fill up the Application form.
- Step 4 - Upload your photograph and scanned signature
- Step 5 - Generate the unique application number and pay the fees.
- Step 6 - Submit the application form.
The payment for the form can be done both online through NET Banking or Credit and Debit cards as well as offline. Offline payment can be made in any branch of the State Bank of India by printing the Bank Challan and depositing the fee of Rs.500.

Assam Polytechnic Admission Test 2021 (PAT) is a state-level entrance exam conducted for admission in diploma engineering courses offered by PAT-affiliated polytechnic institutions. There are 4,425 diploma engineering seats on offer. The Diploma Courses offered by the Polytechnics are affiliated to the State Council for Technical Education (SCTE), Assam and approved by All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE). At present, there are 26 polytechnics in the state and one central government institute.
