BITS Law School has commenced the registration process for admission to its five-year integrated fully residential law programmes for the 2027-28 academic year. Candidates who wish to build a career in law can apply for the BA LLB (Hons) and BBA LLB (Hons) programmes through the official website at bitslawschool.edu.in. The process begins with online registration and moves on to email verification. Applicants then submit the application form and upload the required documents. After this shortlisted candidates are invited for a personal interview. Both programmes are approved by the Bar Council of India and they combine legal education with learning across several other disciplines.
BITS Law School Courses and Specialisations
BITS Law School offers two five-year integrated programmes and both are fully residential. Students get the freedom to choose from five specialisation areas during their study.

BITS Law School Admission Process
Admission to BITS Law School is based on the BITS Law Foundation Assessment (BLFA) along with a few other parameters. Here are the key points candidates should keep in mind.
- Registration takes place online through the official website and is followed by email verification.
- Applicants must complete the application form and upload the necessary documents.
- Shortlisting depends on the BLFA along with academic performance, recognised law entrance examination scores, extracurricular achievements, communication skills and personal interview performance.
- The BLFA is a 60-minute online proctored assessment with 70 multiple-choice questions and no negative marking.
- The assessment measures a candidate’s ability to understand, communicate reason, present ideas and engage with current issues.
- Candidates also get a chance to display intellectual curiosity, analytical thinking, communication skills and motivation to study law during their interactions with the faculty.
- Applications can also be submitted through the BITS Law Entrance Test (BITS LAT).
- Scores from recognised law entrance examinations are accepted too. These include CLAT AILET SLAT MHT CET Law and NLAT.
BITS Law School Eligibility Criteria
The eligibility rules are straightforward and a few simple points cover most candidate queries.
- Candidates must have secured at least 45% marks in Class 12 to be eligible for admission.
- Students who are waiting for their Class 12 or entrance examination results can also apply.
- Admission for such candidates remains subject to the submission of their final scores.
