CGBSE Result 2025 Revaluation: The Chhattisgarh Board of Secondary Education (CGBSE) has declared that students have 15 days from the date of the CGBSE 10th, 12th result 2025 to submit applications for revaluation, rechecking, or photocopying of the CGBSE Class 10, 12 answer key 2025. Students can apply for any or all of these services on the Chhattisgarh official website, cgbse.nic.in.

CGBSE Result 2025 Revaluation: The Chhattisgarh Board of Secondary Education (CGBSE) has declared that students have 15 days from the date of the CGBSE 10th, 12th result 2025 to submit applications for revaluation, rechecking, or photocopying of the CGBSE Class 10, 12 answer key 2025. Students can apply for any or all of these services on the Chhattisgarh official website, cgbse.nic.in.

The application form is available for download on the official website, and students can send it to their sending university. Students will have to pay Rs 500 per subject for revaluation and a photocopy of the CGBSE Class 10, 12 answer sheet 2025, and Rs 100 per subject for rechecking.

CGBSE Results Rechecking Fees

Students who want to apply for rechecking, revaluation, or get a photocopy of their answer sheets need to pay the following fees:

Students from tribal and Naxal-affected areas, including Bijapur, Jagdalpur, Dantewada, Kanker, Kondagaon, Narayanpur, Sukma, Balrampur, Rajnandgaon, Khairagarh, and Manpur Mohla, will be eligible for a 50% reduction in the revaluation fee, according to the official announcement. However, photocopying and rechecking services are not covered by this exception.

CGBSE 10th Result 2025: No Marks to be Deducted during Revaluation

The board also said that the amended marks would only be recognized if the new average score determined by two examiners during the revaluation procedure increased by at least 10% over the initial score. No marks will be deducted, though. Any increase or decrease, even by a single mark, will be accepted during rechecking.

The announcement went on to state that "no revised marksheet will be issued for failed students if the revaluation results in an increase of 10% or more in marks in any subject but does not change the overall result."

CGBSE 12th Result 2025: When Will Students Get Final Marksheet?

A revised CGBSE marksheet 2025 for Classes 10 and 12 will be released if there are any changes to the marks after rechecking or revaluation. Regular students will receive the new marksheet from their school once the process is completed. Private students will get their new marksheet from their forwarding institution after they return the old one.

According to the official announcement, forwarding institutions must make sure that all applications are entered correctly online and fix any mistakes within the allotted period. In the event that a student applies for more than one service, they will be charged a service fee of Rs 10 for each rechecking application and Rs 20 for revaluation or photocopy applications.
