COMEDK UGET 2020 Postponed: As per the latest update, the Consortium of Medical, Engineering and Dental Colleges of Karnataka has decided to postpone the COMEDK UGET 2020 Exam which was scheduled to be held on 27th June 2020. According to the latest notification published by the consortium, the COMEK UGET 2020 exam will now be held 25th July 2020. Moreover, the application process for the entrance exam will also reopened from 14th to 17th June 2020 giving a second chance to candidates who missed out on registering for the exam earlier. Exam Postponed Amid User Concerns
The official notification released by the consortium says that the postponement in the examination has been done keeping in mind the concerns raised by students and parents about conduct of the exam amid the rising number of Coronavirus cases. As UGET 2020 exam is primarily held to screen candidates for undergraduate Engineering and Architecture courses and as CBSE has postponed its exams until July 2020 in the wake of Pandemic, even the COMEDK has also deferred its examination.
Application Process to Reopen
With the exam postponed, the consortium has also decided to reopen the application process for COMEDK UGET 2020 exam. As per the notification, the application process will be restarted from 14th to 17th June 2020 accommodate students who previously couldn’t register themselves for the examination. Candidates who want to register for COMEDK UGET 2020 exam will be able to do so by logging onto comedk.org website or by clicking on the link provided above.

Application Correction Window from 18th June
Once the application process ends on 17th June, the consortium will also reopen the application correction window from 18th to 21st June 2020. During the application correction window, candidates will be allowed to update test city preference, photo upload & academic details. The consortium also notified that new test cities have been added to the list which candidates can opt for. However, candidates must note that allotment of test city and test centres will be done on the basis of availability.
